Choose the template
In the current prototype, a person selects the version. The approved structure sets the boundaries.
INTELLIGENT DOCUMENT PREPARATION / IN DEVELOPMENT
Smart Agreement Generation Engine (SAGE) is being designed to turn scattered source information into carefully reviewed drafts. The vision spans structured documents and template-based workflows—with local processing, clear checks, traceable facts, and human control.
Designed around your organization. Human approval at every consequential step.
The stated budget total is $55,000.00.
SOURCE · Fictional budget / stated totalThe work behind the document
Budgets in one place. Descriptions in another. Missing facts, conflicting totals, and a template that needs to stay intact.
SAGE is being developed to bring these decisions into a structured review process—so the path from source information to draft is easier to follow and examine.
Meet the product →A deliberate sequence
In the current prototype, a person selects the version. The approved structure sets the boundaries.
Amounts, missing information, and source locations become reviewable.
Corrections and approvals come before a controlled draft preview.
The prototype demonstrates this sequence using fictional data and synthetic template shells.
Designed for careful work
Exact-decimal demo checks compare stated and calculated totals. Production rules will require explicit definitions and validation.
Source references distinguish bundled information from reviewer-entered corrections.
Explicit reviews gate the nonlegal preview. Changes clear approvals so stale decisions cannot carry forward.
Versioned templates and controlled mappings guide assembly. Faithful Word output remains a development goal.
Security is a product priority
An organizational workflow, with deliberate boundaries around documents and decisions.
SAGE’s direction combines controlled document processing with a place in your organization’s wider workflow. Future deployment may include managed workstations and services within an authorized corporate network, with approved connections to existing systems. The current prototype uses manual template selection and human approval of consequential changes.
Local processing does not mean an isolated computer. Enterprise connections would follow explicit permissions and data boundaries, without cloud AI fallback, document telemetry, or unapproved synchronization. Today’s fictional-data prototype has no network integration; organizational access, storage protection, retention, and recovery remain to be designed and verified.

Designed to grow around the way your organization works.
Contracts, proposals, reports and internal approval documents can involve different information and review needs. The broader vision is a configurable workflow built around a maintained, versioned template.
SAGE’s intended approach brings your maintained templates, required information, relevant validation rules, and review practices into a structured organizational workflow. Approved enterprise connections could bring relevant records into review and return reviewed outputs to your existing systems. Configuration, integrations, and broader use cases remain development work; today’s prototype demonstrates a fictional agreement scenario.

The current prototype is a native application. The broader vision is an organizational workflow that can fit corporate networks and connect to approved enterprise systems. Deployment options and integrations still need to be designed and validated. This public website explains the product and offers a fictional tour; it does not process documents.
SAGE is being designed for intelligent document preparation and structured workflows. Possible future use cases include contracts, financial instruments, proposals, reports and internal approval documents. Each workflow would use maintained templates, relevant information checks and organizational review practices. Broader support is still in development; the current prototype demonstrates a fictional agreement scenario.
Security is a product priority. The intended architecture avoids cloud AI fallback, document telemetry, and automatic external synchronization; human approvals and controlled mappings limit changes. Today’s prototype uses fictional data and has no network integration. Access controls, encryption, retention, recovery, offline performance, and organizational deployment safeguards still require design and verification. Local processing is not a certification or proof of compliance. This website does not accept documents.
